  • Hardness Lot Consistency Testing:

    For work requiring frequent hardness checking throughout the batch/lot, Pro-Roll can offer hardness testing in Brinell (10/3000 HBW) or Vickers (Hv10 & Hv30). Sample cutting and preparation can also be provided, if required.

  • Subcontracted Testing Services: UKAS-Approved Laboratory & Non-Destructive Testing:

    Pro-Roll regularly works with a number of local UKAS approved test houses and NDT specialists for all manners of destructive and non-destructive material testing. With these relationships, Pro-Roll can easily arrange the preparation and delivery of samples for testing or on-site material inspections, allowing us to provide a full supply service from ingot all the way through to fully-tested, finished bar.

  • Part Marking:

    All material is fully labelled as standard, but should you require your material to be individually serialised, or simply marked with its quality and cast, Pro-Roll can assist with bar/part marking utilising our automated dot-matrix marking systems.

  • Packaging:

    Material can be supplied in a range of packaging types, from plain steel banding to specially constructed boxes and pallets. Please speak to one of the Pro-Roll sales team about your requirements.
